tbh I don’t think I would complain about potions being positioned in a way similar to actual real HRT, i.e., “I take these to present the way I wish to present myself.” a Permanent Fix could be weird I agree + I’m not sure I’d want a cis writer to handle that shit but honestly just try not to be voyeuristic about it?

I’m a big fan of HRT having a fantasy-esque equivalent. If you do your research and make sure you approach it the right way, then it can be really nice.

Just don’t make it “I used to be a boy, then I drank this magic potion and became a girl! Wowie!”

Don’t make it cisnormative.

Maybe the potion could wear off after a while, like if you stopped using T or HRT it would eventually get out of your system ????? I dunno, that just sounds like it would make sense. Not like “If I drink this long enough I’ll be cis.”
